In 1999 Chet Atkins said Tommy Emmanuel was "without a doubt, one of the greatest guitar players on the planet," and bestowed upon him the title of "Certified Guitar Player" for his lifetime contribution to the instrument. Slapping, tapping, strumming, and humming, Tommy is a Chico hero, and his live performances are legendary. In his performance at Laxson, Tommy will be promoting his new album Little By Little.
