This class is a fun way to develop your cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and coordination, muscle tone and balance through a low/medium/high impact program. Each partiicpant is asked to bring their own step, but you can do this exciting class without one if you wish. This class is appropriate for ages 15 and older.
