Palladio 16 Cinemas

What a bunch of morons who come to a movie to eat popcorn and complain about the lack of butter. I hate to sit there and have somebody crunching like a pig next to me.

If you were a real butter popcorn eater, you would figure it out! I take little plastic cups in and fill them with butter. As I eat the popcorn, I add more butter and salt. All the butter I want. You must be a democrat and want someone to figure it out for you. Lesson learned.

The Paladio has nothing more than any other theater that would account for higher than normal prices. I was disappointed that they do not put butter on popcorn as they fill bag. You get the bag and then have to go to the butter station and empty out half, add butter to the middle of the bag, then refill and add more butter, its ridiculous! Seats and layout are adequate.

I've been going for over a year now and it's one of my favorite theaters! The staff is extremely nice and friendly, and I've had nothing but pleasant experiences there! Highly recommended!!!
(Not sure why barrymart would give them a low rating simply because of one reason - no voice telephone contact...???)

This theater offers limited Dbox seating, absolutely the most impressive new entertainment technologies in the world! Having said that, Palladio's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered for one reason: you cannot find a voice telephone contact (recorded show times only) and you cannot figure out what shoews are playing in the Dbox seats (or even on may other of their theaters) until the Tuesday for the following week. So here I am trying to buy tickets on Sunday for next Saturday and I cannot speak with anyone or find out online what is playing, let alone buy a ticket! You would expect everyone in this industry to work very hard to fill every single seat.
