2018 Savor Sonoma Valley
The Ultimate Barrel Tasting Experience in Sonoma Valley! Seventeen Wineries throughout Kenwood and Glen Ellen will be pulling out all the stops creating an epic wine tasting and barrel tasting experience. Join us as we spotlight our unbelievable variety of wine. Sonoma Valley truly offers something for everyone. Meet winemakers, taste reserve wines, sample barrel wines, mingle with wine lovers in caves and on crush pads, tour wineries and vineyards, and savor a wonderful wine country weekend. Most importantly - this event offers guests the chance to take an advance look at what the 2017 vintage is going to be like in bottle! Tickets are $55 per person for a Weekend Pass, which includes a souvenir wine glass and access to event tastings at all participating wineries. We are also offering a Sunday-Only pass for $45 per person. Designated Drivers are free. Advance ticket purchase is recommended, as tickets are limited and $65 per person at the door. Come join us, once again, for the Annual Sacramento Scandinavian Festival! This year, we’re celebrating our 35th festival on April 21, 2018 at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center in Sacramento! The festival features Scandinavian food, baked goods, and merchandise for sale. Viking reenactors will be present with interactive activities for the whole family. Come gather information about the Nordic countries and enjoy music, entertainment, and door prizes! Tickets can be purchased at the door. Adults: $5 Children under 12: FREE

The fundraiser will showcase 10+ of Sacramento's local breweries and highlight the beneficial aspects of the industry, its culture, and its impact on our economy. We are fortunate to host Dr. Bamforth, the UC Davis Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor of Malting and Brewing Sciences. Funds raised from this event will go toward academic lectures for students, community service grants, student research grants, and other local efforts of the local Alpha Omega Alpha chapter.
