SummerFest is a fun-filled community Beer, Wine & Art Festival benefiting Sacramento Memory Walk. The Alzheimer’s Association’s Sacramento Memory Walk benefits the 40,000 people with Alzheimer’s and their families in the Sacramento area by providing programs and services and by helping to fund research to find ways to prevent this devastating disease.
SummerFest will feature our area local Breweries, Wineries, Restaurants, Artists, and Live music by Sacramento’s own Kdog Blues Rock ensemble and Jerry & the Van Dykes. Located along the scenic Sacramento river in Miller Park on Saturday, September 6, 2008, this event will bring our community together for a great summer afternoon and a great cause!
Participating in SummerFest 2008 will show the community your support and will provide your business with excellent promotional and public relations opportunities here in the
Sacramento area.
The SummerFest goal is to raise $80,000 for Sacramento Memory Walk. Sacramento Memory Walk will benefit from 60% of SummerFest ticket sales, 100% from the SummerFest Silent Art Auction proceeds, 100% of the “Summer Getaway” silent auction, as well as a portion of the SummerFest Sponsorship investments. Approximate attendance 2000 plus.
