I worked the restaurant business myself for 15 years, and never have seen such a place where customer service is not number 1 priority. We made reservations for a party of 12 people. We arrived were seated. Then about 20 min. later a drunk waitress came to wait on us. She took our drink orders, then 30 min. later we had to go find her, she was at the bar talking to a Bar Regular, hanging on him. Forgot our drinks. So I would say we were here now about an hour. We got our drinks, she came to take our order, said that the cook quit, so there is a new guy cooking. Well I'd say another 45 min past, we asked about our food order, it had not even been started for some reason. Management you would think would have come an apologized but this did not happen. Did I mention we were there with relatives from out of town. Needless to say, we did not get any food, one drink in two hours, and she actually thought we should pay for these. I would take my dead dog here if you paid me. Management needs to drug test and or do alcohol testing on the employees they hire. I feel sorry for any customers who make there way to this unprofessional place of business.
