Join certified FallProof™ balance and mobility specialist Kelly Ward in this dynamic one-hour workshop and learn about what causes older adults to fall; some things you can change and some limitations you must accept.
There are four types of exercise you should be doing to prevent falls. Ms. Ward will demonstrate evidence-based balance training techniques taught in her small group classes. Although this free workshop is designed for the older adult, caregivers are welcome to attend.
