Balance & Mobility Training with The Fall Prevention Lady
Balance and mobility training class meets for one-hour, twice a week (Monday & Friday) for 4 weeks (8 sessions). First class is 2-hours due to registration paperwork and assessment testing.
One-hour class includes warm up, FallProof™ balance and mobility training strategies, strengthening exercises and cool down. Postural awareness promoted throughout the entire class. "Homeplay" exercises given.
