Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge 2012

Chefs from 22 local restaurants are participating in a friendly competition to create delicious vegan appetizers, entrees, and desserts to be included on their menus for the entire month of October. This year brunch will also be a category. Diners who order the vegan dishes have the opportunity to vote for their favorites. Winners in each category will be announced in early November.
