Balinese Music and Dance @ Sac State's Capistrano Hall

The Bay Area's premiere Balinese music and dance ensemble, Gamelan Sekar Jaya, performs at Capistrano Hall. The afternoon performance will feature renowned Guest Music Director I Made Subandi leading fifty gamelan musicians on four unique gamelan ensembles. They will be joined by Sekar Jaya’s Balinese dance ensemble with Guest Dance Teacher Luh Andarawati. This will be a rare opportunity to enjoy an incredibly diverse range of Balinese music and dance styles in one afternoon.
