History of Weinstock’s department store discussed

Author and historian Annette Kassis will discuss her book, Weinstock’s: Sacramento’s Finest Department Store.
In addition to discussing the 121-year history of the iconic Sacramento department store, Kassis’s talk will focus on Weinstock-Lubin’s interior and window displays, and how American department store theatrical display mirrored both the culture and time period.
The talk will be followed by a book sale and author signing.
