Sacramento Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Orientation

Sacramento Habitat for Humanity offers an affordable homeownership opportunity for low-income families who may not qualify for a conventional loan. Qualified families will partner with SHfH to build and purchase their own homes with no down payment and a 0% interest mortgage.
