Stress without Distress
It is difficult to avoid things that cause us stress, but since the effects of constant stress can have an impact on your health, it’s a good practice to learn to manage it! This workshop is designed to help you recognize the physical, chemical and emotional signs of stress, and give you proven tools to reduce your body’s negative responses to it. We will also discuss the latest discoveries about de-stressing foods, nutrients, activities and thoughts.
