The Capitol Pops Concert Band will kick off its 16th season with a free, open to the public concert at the California Automobile Museum, 2200 Front Street, Sacramento. Under Director Jerry Lopes, CPCB’s “On The Road” performance will include a mix of automotive-themed arrangements, 1950s-70s hits and some of the band’s traditional American favorites. Voice and instrumental soloists also will be featured. There's a 20-minute intermission in the middle. Sponsored by Thunder Valley Casino Resort.
