Great food
I've never been disappointed coming here, one of my favorites in Sacramento and one of the best burgers I've had anywhere.
Mix Review
We had a mix experience the last couple of times we ate their. The first time we went, we went for a Sunday brunch. The food was amazing and creative. I had the ancho biscuit and gravy as my entree and I couldn't stop eating it.
The second time we decided try dinner. The service was so so and the food was awful. We had the beef stroganoff and the ciopino. Unfortunately, both dishes tasted the same. We felt like they used the same base and switched out the protein. I could've had better food at Denny's.

In contrast to Centro's calm, Roxy Restaurant & Bar was its usual bustling self. This also was a weeknight, but a Thursday, when the weekend unofficially commences, which could explain in part the nearly full premises.
But in another sign that restaurateurs are stepping up their special promotions to round up more guests in these shaky economic times, Thursday is also when Roxy rolls out its "Burgers & Bottles Menu."
