Our Goal at The Waterboy is to provide you with a wonderful dining experience. Taking Inspiration from the cuisines of southern France and northern Italy, we feature a new menu every month to take full advantage of our local, seasonal ingredients. Our menu features naturally raised meats, local organic produce and freshly baked breads. The South of France is so scenic, historic and romantic – and so rich with staples of the entertaining table (bouillabaisse, tapenade, pistou, pastis) – it's surprising that the region hasn't inspired more restaurants hereabouts.
Not that we lack opportunities to savor vivid and wholesome dishes identified with the region, not when we have The Waterboy in Sacramento and La Provence Restaurant & Terrace in Roseville.
