Get ready for Arabic/Egyptian dancing this Winter! Express your self through this body enhancing and self-awareness regime. You will learn Belly Dance techniques, form and layering. Choregraphies (and solos will be encouraged) will be introduced and a cooling down with veils. Come and have fun, relieve stress and tone up with this form of self-expression. Drop-ins welcome.
